Urinary Tract Infections

Around 3 years ago, I began getting a recurring UTI (urinary tract infection)

I made numbers of appointments for treatment, but the problem just kept recurring.
Eventually my doctor suggested that he put me on the hospital waiting list for a rigid Cystoscopy (a camera inserted into the bladder to see what’s happening)

It took 2 years for the hospital to schedule me an appointment and this was despite the fact that I had made several trips to emergency (a couple of times by ambulance) to be treated for excruciating pain from the UTI.
I also visited the ED on at least one occasion because I had blood in my pee.
Finally, the Urology department at Toowoomba hospital contacted me and booked me in for an urgent cystoscopy.
